📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Processing and fulfilling orders efficiently
• Maintaining and updating inventory records
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office

• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 kg
