📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff, providing guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and laws.
