📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to HR metrics and KPIs.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs.,Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
