E-Commerce & TikTok Growth Manager

In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. You’ll leverage data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Daily, you’ll create and manage high-impact TikTok campaigns, optimize our Shopify store, and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive revenue growth (GMV) and increase sales.
• Optimize TikTok Shop performance through data-driven campaign management and creative content creation.
• Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
• Create and manage high-impact TikTok campaigns, including video content, hashtag strategies, and influencer collaborations.
• Optimize our Shopify store for maximum conversions, including A/B testing, user experience improvements, and SEO.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce and social media marketing, and apply best practices to our strategy.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management, with a proven track record of success.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other data analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to create and manage high-impact campaigns, including video content and influencer collaborations.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Southeast Asia.
