Jaya Vera Fruit is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Tenggarong. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and improve workplace conditions.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
