📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support business goals.
  • Manage and mentor IT staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software.
  • Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software.
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and standards.
