📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of mortgage consultants, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow our mortgage business in Bali.
• Collaborate with local banks and financial institutions to secure competitive mortgage deals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the mortgage industry.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance and market conditions.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences and networking events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the mortgage industry.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for your team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage consulting or a related field.
• A degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Certification in mortgage lending or a related field (e.g., Certified Mortgage Planning Counselor).
• Proven track record of success in managing and developing mortgage teams.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mortgage laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with mortgage software and tools such as LoanPro, Encompass, or similar platforms.
