📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.,Prepare and present financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit and loss statements.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements, including food safety and health codes, are met and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
