📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events, such as team-building activities and training sessions.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparing reports, managing HR documents, and coordinating with other departments.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide general HR support and assistance to employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
