📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and coordinate the work of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service quality.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and facility operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, preferably in Nursing or Medicine.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
