📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and supervise the construction of port facilities and infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for port infrastructure.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
  • Participate in the development of company policies and procedures.
  • Attend and contribute to industry conferences and seminars.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the maritime industry.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards.
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
