📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve business objectives.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement departmental goals and initiatives.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to drive departmental success.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
