In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the cashier in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in processing patient payments and insurance claims.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Handle cash and check transactions, ensuring proper documentation.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Assist in reconciling daily cash counts and bank deposits.,Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure proper financial reporting.,Stay updated on healthcare billing and insurance policies.,Perform other duties as assigned by the cashier or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Good knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.
