📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Support the procurement team in developing and maintaining procurement strategies and policies.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Assist in the preparation and submission of procurement documents and reports.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of new suppliers and vendors.,Provide support to the procurement team during peak periods or special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is a plus.
