• Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve store performance.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a requirement.
