📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all export and import processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead a team of logistics and customs professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle systems to manage logistics and customs operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of customs documentation to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions for their export and import requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, providing insights and recommendations to improve our operations.
• Manage and optimize logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Ensure that all customs clearance processes are completed on time and within budget, minimizing delays and costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations, with a proven track record of success in managing logistics and customs compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CITES, IATA, or other industry-specific certifications is a plus.
