📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the office, including reception, filing, and record-keeping.,Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services.,Handle office equipment maintenance and repairs.,Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and presentation materials.,Provide administrative support to the management team.,Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.,Maintain a clean and tidy office environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a GA or administrative role.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic office equipment and maintenance.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
