📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we find the best talent for our company.,Manage employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Handle all aspects of payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
