📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive internal audits to assess financial controls, processes, and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed audit reports using Oracle ERP and SAP.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in our operations.
• Collaborate with department heads and management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in internal auditing.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of audit findings to the audit committee and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a large organization.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and SAP.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
