📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with event planners, catering staff, and other vendors to ensure all aspects of the banquet are covered.,Manage the banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.,Ensure the banquet venue is clean, organized, and ready for events.,Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve banquet operations.,Assist in budgeting and cost control for banquet events.,Prepare and present reports on banquet operations and client feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations for event venues.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
