📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing comprehensive medical care to patients, including consultations, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Managing the clinic's daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Leading a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
• Developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Participating in medical research and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
• Providing medical education and training to staff.
• Ensuring the clinic's financial and operational efficiency.
• Representing the clinic at medical conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Valid medical license and professional membership.
