Your daily tasks will include user training, process automation, data management, and performance monitoring.

• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our business processes.
• Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
• Provide training and support to users to maximize the benefits of Salesforce.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Salesforce workflows, approval processes, and triggers.
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator (CSA) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration and management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in process automation and workflow management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
