PT Cendana Inti is looking for a talented and passionate HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in other projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
