📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring that it is welcoming and inviting to customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales and financial performance.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards in the food and beverage industry.,Proficiency in using computer software, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
