📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in leading and managing accounting teams.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Familiarity with multi-industry financial environments is a plus.
