We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the cost planning, budgeting, and financial management of fit-out and reinstatement works. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for fit-out and reinstatement works.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget and on schedule.,Prepare and analyze cost reports, including cost performance, cost variance, and cost forecasts.,Conduct cost audits and prepare recommendations for cost-saving measures.,Collaborate with project teams to ensure that cost considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.,Provide cost advice and support to project managers and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in cost management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost planning, budgeting, and financial management for construction projects.,Strong understanding of cost management principles, techniques, and tools.,Proficiency in using cost management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry and regulations is a plus.
