Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is beneficial.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Knowledge of English or local language is a must.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.
