Bersama Prima Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Supervisor to join our team in Bandar Lampung, Lampung. As a Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor and analyze tax-related transactions to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members on tax-related matters.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and stay updated on any changes.,Prepare and present tax reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and reported.,Conduct audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using tax software and accounting systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
