📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the performance and visibility of digital creators.
• Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and marketing teams to create engaging and high-quality content.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize creator strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation and marketing.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of creator initiatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster innovation and creativity within the team.
• Provide training and mentorship to creators to help them improve their skills and achieve their full potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the digital content creation or influencer marketing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing digital creators or influencers.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Certification in digital marketing or content creation is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
