As a Maintenance Technician at Fame.Dish Inc., you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our facilities and equipment. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas are in top condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns and ensure the longevity of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with facility systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Inspect and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of tables, chairs, and other furnishings.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to address any maintenance issues that may arise during operations.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to stay updated with industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility and equipment maintenance, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment and facility systems.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) systems.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations relevant to the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
