📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and other critical equipment.
• Conduct equipment inspections and diagnostics using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Implement corrective and preventive maintenance actions to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, OSHA, and other relevant certifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry.
• Certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM), or similar.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and other critical equipment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, OSHA, and other relevant certifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
